Both Dean and Dan are so friendly and helpful without any of the usual hard sell. They listen to what you are looking for and really help you find it. They bend over backwards to make the whole experience a pleasant one without any stress, just offering good sound honest advice. Dan even helped him do the tax disc while we were there. I’ve been waiting to leave this review for around a month, by god I wish all salesman where like dean. We traveled 150 miles to view a car, drove it soon as I got there and everything was fantastic. Dean never pushed into a sale, no pressure nothing. A issue arose and I told dean and it was delt with promptly and professionally. Most excellent service from Dean and Chris. Great from the get go, friendly, professional. Lovely warm welcome and offered a test drive straight away. Plenty of details offered about the car. No hard sell, answered all questions. Nice friendly conversations. Pleasure to do business with. Bought the motor and Dean and team couldn't do enough for us. I recently bought a RRS from this company and sadly on the way it developed a fault, I called the lads and they said get the car to a garage and we will cover the bill to fix it! The communication between them and myself was fantastic and true to their word they paid the bill within minutes of it being sent. Purchased an Audi TT from here a few months ago. Left completing a review until now so that I could be confident in my write up. Dealt with promptly, politely and professionally from start to finish. Tyres were legal but on an advisory so we’re placed without quibble. The car is a fantastic well maintained 2005 3.2 V6 which is an absolute pleasure to drive. Drives like new and I prefer it to our 2018 car. It is good to find a good dealer who advertises what you actually get.
